It is now 6 months of shutting of Reliance Infrastructure-run Delhi Airport Metro Express now made available for the public commuters from 21st jan 2013 Tuesday with a condition that the trains will operate at speed of only 50 km per hour compared to the 105 km per 60 minutes in the same corridor earlier.
At 5.30 am in the morning the business works of the 23-km corridor that links Connaught Place with Terminal Three of the Indira Gandhi International Airport started on Tuesday morning.
The availability of check-in & baggage provision for both international & domestic passengers are halted.
With this services getting smiles on the passengers faces simulataneously an 18-20 minute travel from Connaught Place to the Terminal III of IGI Airport will lead 30 – 35 minutes which is not the purpose of high-speed corridor metro rail.
